Recipe
a. Same as in Part 10 (Plain Sponge Cake)
b. 6 table spoon of jam or 6 table spoon of butter icing
Procedure
1. Follow procedure for Plain Sponge Cake.
2. Grease two-sandwich tin and spread equal quantity of sponge cake mixture in each tin.
3. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
4. Turn out and cool on rack or neat tray.
5. Spread jam or butter icing on top of one cake and place the other cake on it.
6. Sprinkle with sugar or decorate the cake with royal Icing.
