Recipe
Add to Basic recipe (Part 4)
a. 80ml – orange juice
b. 1 table spoon – orange rind
Procedure
1. Follow the procedure for Creaming Method (Part 4)
2. Add all the ingredients
3. Bake in oven at 180 degrees C, for 15 minutes.
For the Icing
a. Use butter icing but leave out vanilla essence
b. Add orange rind and juice of one orange
c. Decorate the cake with fresh orange segments and strip off orange rind
