How to Make Chin-Chin

Chin chin

Required Items

a. Flour – 200g
b. Butter – 50g
c. Sugar – 2 table spoon
d. Nutmeg – as desired
e. Salt – a pinch
f. Milk Flavour – as desired
g. Water – 75ml
h. Vegetable oil
i. Frying pan
j. Heat source (Gas cooker, electric stove, etc.)

Procedure

1. Sieve your flour
2. Add butter, sugar, salt, nutmeg, milk flavour and mix all together
3. Add water and mix to form a dough
4. Handle it carefully, and take it to the table
5. Use your rolling pin to flatten it to your desired flatness
6. Cut into desired choice of size
7. Switch on your light source
8. Pour vegetable oil in your frying pan and put it on the heat source
9. Allow the oil to become a bit hot
10. Add the dough you’ve cut into the oil and fry
11. Monitor your frying to avoid burning.
12. When it turns brownish, take it out of the frying pan
13. Serve
