How to make Chocolate Candy (DIY)

Required Items

i. 30g of powdered milk
ii. 100g Icing Sugar
iii. 5 table spoon – glucose syrup
iv. 100ml water
v. Vanilla Flavour
vi. Heat source

Procedure

a. Reconstitute the 30g-powdered milk in the 100ml water
b. Dissolve the icing sugar and glucose syrup inside the milk
c. Heat for a while (probably 30 minutes depending on the power of your heat source), while stirring continuously
d. Add Vanilla flavour at the tail end of the process
e. Heat until it turns brown
f. Pour it into a candy mould, or into a neat tray
g. Allow to cool, then cut and mould into desired shapes and sizes using a sharp knife.
h. Serve.
