How to make Chocolate Cream

Chocolate cream

Required Items

a. Evaporated milk – 1 tin
b. Cocoa powder – 2 teaspoon
c. Sugar – 50g
d. Water – 4 table spoon
e. Gelatin – 2 teaspoon

Procedure

1. Place the tin milk in a pot half filled with water and boil for 15 minutes
2. Dissolve gelatin in 4 table spoon hot water and mix in the cocoa powder and sugar
3. Open the hot tin milk and add the milk to gelatin mixture
4. Mix very well and leave till it reaches a soft jelly consistency
5. Turn the mixture into a bowl and whisk for 5 minutes
6. Pour into glass dishes and chill before serving.
