How to Make Coconut Buns

Required Items

a. Flour – 800g
b. One coconut
c. Butter – 120g
d. Salt – 4 pinches
e. Sugar – as desired
f. Nutmeg – as desired
g. Water 300ml
h. Vegetable oil

Procedure 1

i. Break your coconut and grate it
ii. Keep the juice aside
iii. Bake the coconut
iv. Bring it out from the heat
v. Sprinkle the juice on the coconut
vi. Heat it again for one minute
vi. Take it off from the heat and allow it to cool

Procedure 2

i. Sieve your flour
ii. Add butter, salt, nutmeg, sugar and mix
iii. Add your grated coconut and mix very well
iv. Add water and bring them together to form a dough
v. Take it to the table and cut into smaller portions
vi. Use your rolling pin to dance on them to flatten them
vii. Mould them as desired
viii. Switch on your heat source and set a frying pan on it
ix. Pour the vegetable oil in the pan and allow it to steam
x. Fry your dough
xi. Serve

Note: Monitor your frying to avoid burning because of the coconut recipe.
