a. 300g – Icing sugar
b. 200g – Glucose syrup
c. 500ml – Coconut milk
d. 2 table spoon – lime juice
e. A pinch of salt
f. 2 table spoon – Vanilla flavour
i. Put the 500ml of coconut milk into a pot
ii. Add the 300g of icing sugar
iii. Add the 200g of glucose syrup
iv. Stir the mixture until it completely and smoothly dissolved.
v. Heat the mixture for a while (probably 30 minutes at 60 degrees C, depending on the power of your heat source) with a continuous stirring of the mixture.
vi. Add salt and lime to the mixture
vii. Heat the mixture at 116 degrees C, for another 45 minutes and add Vanilla flavour with continuous stirring.
vi. Pour it into a neat tray
vii. Cool and mould it into different shapes and sizes or mould using candy mould.
viii. Package in a foil paper and serve
