How to Make Doughnut

Required Items

a. Flour – 200g
b. Butter – 30g
c. Sugar – 2 table spoon
d. Yeast – 1 teaspoon
e. Water 125ml
f. Milk flavour – as desired
g. Nutmeg – as desired
h. Vegetable oil

Procedure

1. Sieve your flour
2. Add butter, salt, yeast, milk flavour, nutmeg and mix them together very well
3. Add water and mix to form dough
4. Take it to the table and kneed it until it is soft and floppy
5. Cut into smaller portions
6. Use your rolling pin to flatten them as desired
7. Use doughnut cutter or any round cover to make a hole at the centre of the dough
8. Keep it for a while to double in size
9. Fry with vegetable oil
10. Monitor your frying to avoid burning
