How to Make Fish Roll

Fish roll

Required Items

a. Flour – 200g
b. Butter – 100g
c. Water – 4 table spoon
d. Milk Flavour – as desired
e. Salt – a pinch
f. Nutmeg – as desired
g. Seasoning cube
h. Thyme
i. Curry
j. Onions
k. Fish (Chopped to pieces)
l. Pepper
m. Egg

Procedure 1

1. Chop your onions
2. Per boil your fish
3. Add onions, seasoning cube, thyme, curry, mix and allow it for five minutes
4. Add fish and pepper
5. Allow to steam for a while then take it off from the heat source.
6. Re-bake the sauce and allow it to dry
7. Take it off from the heat source
8. Keep it to cool

Note: Don’t apply the sauce to the dough when it is hot, so allow it to cool before use.

Procedure 2

1. Sieve your flour
2. Add salt, milk flavour, Nutmeg, butter and mix together
3. Add water and mix to form a dough
4. Take it to the table
5. Slice it into a long tray
6. Flatten it with your rolling pin
7. Trim the edge
8. Insert the sauce
9. Open your egg and whisk it
10. Egg-gum the dough after inserting the sauce in it
11. Fold it and trim the edge again
12. Egg wash and bake
13. Serve
