How to Make Ice Cream

Required Items

a. 250ml – water
b. 250g – powdered milk
c. 100g – sugar
d. 1 table spoon – gelatin
e. 1 egg
f. Vanilla flavour
g. Whisker
h. 3 table spoon – hot water

Procedure

i. Dissolve powdered milk in warm water and make sure it is free from lumps
ii. Refrigerate the milk
iii. Whip the milk using whisker until the milk is thick enough that the whisker could hold some of it.
iv. Dissolve gelatin in the 3 table spoon hot water
v. Allow it to cool
vi. Pour it into the thick whisked milk
vii. Whisk in the sugar
viii. Whisk egg white (i.e. you remove the yoke from the egg) in it
ix. Add Vanilla flavour
x. Pack in small containers and freeze
xi. Serve.

Note: A pinch of stabilizer can be used in the stead of gelatin and egg white.
