How to Make Meat Pie

Recipe (1)

a. Flour – 200g
b. Butter – 100g
c. Salt – a pinch
d. Water – 4 table spoon
e. Milk flavour – as desired
f. Nutmeg – as desired
g. Curry (optional)

Recipe (2)

a. Meat
b. Carrot
c. Irish Potato
d. Ginger
e. Garlic
f. Dark soybean sauce
g.  Green pepper
h. Fresh pepper
i. Onions
j. Spring Onions
k. Sea same-oil
l. Flour
m. bay leaf thyme,
n. Water
o. A little dry pepper
p. Egg for wash/gum

Procedure

1. Prepare your sauce after which you form your dough (follow the procedure for sauce in Chicken Pie here)
2. Flatten the dough
3. Use your egg to egg wash the position of the sauce
4. Put your sauce inside using your meat pie cutter to cut
5. Egg wash
6. Bake
7. Serve
